NOTICE TO NEW YORK INSURANCE AND ANNUITY CONTRACT HOLDERS

On, April 15, 2020, the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS) published an emergency regulation concerning the deferral of premium payments for both life insurance and annuity contracts.
